We often describe nettle as the land equivalent of algae. It is an apt description as it contains a great many beneficial substances.

Our nettle powder contains leaves from European nettles that have been gently dried at room temperature. This drying process is necessary to preserve the approximately 70 vital substances in the best possible way.

Nettle contains not only abundant chlorophyll, but also silicic acid, iron, calcium, folic acid, amino acids, magnesium, formic acid, serotonin, acetylcholine, glycosides, flavonoids, manganese, steroids, provitamin A and vitamin C as well as B vitamins in easily absorbable forms.

Usage

Take 1-2 tablespoons/day. Do not heat the product. You can mix the nettle powder with, for example, grapefruit juice or another drink to reduce its prominent taste.
