Our blueberry powder contains whole berries including pulp, grains and shells, which have been dried at room temperature to preserve all vital substances in the best possible way. About one-tenth remains of the berries after drying, so for every kilo of blueberry powder, ten kilos of fresh berries are consumed.
Product characteristics
Blueberries are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. The blueberry leaves contain natural insulin and are used as a medicine for diabetes. However, they are slightly toxic in larger amounts because they contain arbutin. The blueberry is rich in sterols and strong anti-oxidants - mainly the anthocyanin dye.
Use
The blueberry is used in folk medicine as a remedy for diarrheal diseases and other stomach disorders. Boiled blueberries were recommended for diarrhea, while the raw berry was considered good against constipation. It was also used for the treatment of intestinal infections, gastritis, eczema and inflammation of the gums, as well as in night blindness and other eye problems. Myopia usually sits in the intestinal tract, mainly in the upward bowel, a bit above the iliac artery. The blueberry is rich in resilient fibers that can help, for example, the upward part of the large intestine in its work.

Curiosities
Purely botanical, the blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is a dwarf tree belonging to the heather plant family, with a main stem and branches forming a leaf crown. The flowering takes place in May-June. The fruit, the blueberry, is usually coated with a light blue wax. The berries that lack this cover are completely black and were formerly called shoemakers. These were considered in folk beliefs as poisonous, or at least inedible, because it was thought that the cows or foxes had plowed on them. The species blueberry belongs to game in Europe and Asia, but is also grown in other places in the form of "processed" bush berries.
