BCAAs (branched chain amino acids), also called branched-chain amino acids is the name of the three amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine), rushing straight to the muscles instead of the land in the liver. BCAA will quickly absorb the muscles where they provide energy and prevent muscle breakdown. BCAAs are mainly used to increase lean muscle mass and prevent the body end up in a catabolic state during and after strenuous exercise. BCAAs also prevent mental and physical fatigue during exercise.
