Hello!
Today I hammered down two workouts.
The first one was a chest workout that went like this::
Decline press in Hammersmith machine:
90kgx12
90kgx12
90kgx12
Incline press in Hammersmith machine:
60kg x10
60kg x10
60kg x10
Flat press in Hammersmith machine:
30kg x15
30kg x15
30kg x15
That was it for chest, I came home took a nap and felt surprisingly fresh so I went for another workout

12.5kg x12
15kg x12
20kg x12
25kg x8
25kg x6
25kg x6
Shoulder press machine:
32kg x10
25kg x10
20kg x12
Plate loaded shoulder press machine:
30kg x12
30kg x12
30kg x8
And that was it for today!
