Alla pratar om Kre Alkalyn så jag gav den en chans efter att jag har provat vanlig kreatin. Började med två kapslar som rekommenderat och det var ok. Sedan fick jag råd att prova högre dos så jag tog både 4, 6 och 8 kapslar före träningen. Herre gud vilken skillnad det blev. Jag säger bara wow. Nu kommer jag att köpa och prova dom andra starkare varianterna av Kre Alkalyn. Everyone talks about Kre Alkalyn so I gave it a chance after I've tried regular creatine. It started with two capsules as recommended and it was ok. Then I got the advice to try a higher dose, so I took both 4, 6 and 8 capsules before training. My god what a difference it made. I just say wow. Now I will buy and try the others stronger varieties of Kre Alkalyn.
